Effective 5 August 2026
Terms of use
By using Somewhere, you agree to use the service lawfully and to verify every itinerary and final price with the airline or booking provider.
Fare discovery, not ticket sales
Somewhere observes and organizes third-party flight-search information. It is not an airline, travel agent, booking marketplace, or party to a ticket purchase. Displayed prices are recent snapshots and may change or disappear.
Your responsibility before booking
Check dates, airports, passenger details, baggage, connection requirements, visa and entry rules, refund conditions, fees, and the final currency and price on the provider’s website. Somewhere is not responsible for decisions made from stale, incomplete, or incorrect third-party information.
Who can use it, and for what
Somewhere is a personal project offered free of charge for personal, non commercial trip planning. You need to be old enough to agree to these terms and to give any consent the privacy notice asks for, which in most of Europe means at least 16. Commercial use, resale of the data, and automated bulk collection all need written permission first.
Accounts and invitations
Provide accurate account information, keep access credentials secure, and only invite or add people you are entitled to contact. Do not impersonate another person, probe private invitations, scrape private account data, or interfere with the service. You can delete your account at any time, which permanently removes it and the personal data attached to it, as set out in the privacy notice.
Acceptable use
Do not abuse forms, overwhelm endpoints, bypass access controls, introduce malicious code, resell the service without permission, or use automated access in a way that harms availability for others. Public search crawlers may access the explicitly public pages under the published robots policy.
Availability and changes
Somewhere may change, suspend, or discontinue features and may remove accounts or content that threaten the service or other users. No uptime, route coverage, notification timing, or fare availability is guaranteed.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Somewhere is provided “as is” without warranties. Somewhere is not liable for third-party booking outcomes, missed trips, price changes, indirect losses, or travel disruptions. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
Privacy
Personal data is handled as described in the privacy notice, which also covers cookies and how to accept or decline analytics. Using the service means those practices apply to you.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as the product changes. The effective date at the top identifies the current version, and continuing to use Somewhere after an update means the new version applies. If a change materially reduces your rights, reasonable notice will be given in the app or by email.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Netherlands, and disputes belong to the competent courts there. If you use Somewhere as a consumer elsewhere in the European Union, the mandatory consumer protections of your own country still apply and nothing here removes them.
